ABOUT US
Full Spoon Grab&Go was established in 2023 in the heart of Downtown Oconomowoc. Our hope is to bring more variety and quick options to our wonderful, busy community. We offer healthier grab&go food options, real fruit smoothies, organic cold pressed juices, kombucha, gluten free treats, and other Farmer's Market finds. Our goal is to support other local, small businesses and entrepreneurs looking for a brick and mortar to promote their items. The shop has been designed to be as Earth-friendly as possible by using (almost) all second hand equipment and refurbished decor. We have a "leave a mug, take a mug" system to reduce waste at our serve-yourself coffee and tea station, as well as a "leave a book, take book" system for those looking for a new, recycled read.
We hope that whoever you are, you may find something new to love at Full Spoon!
What's In The Cooler?
All of our food is freshly prepped on site and served cold, to-go style. In efforts to keep things quick and easy, nothing will be made to order other than our delicious smoothie options! Once something is gone for the day, it's gone, so be speedy if you want to snag your favorites. We are typically stocked with salads, grain bowls, wraps, sandwiches, overnight oats, snack boxes, healthy treats, cold pressed juice, kombucha and more!

-Please allow 72 hour notice for best full service, or special arrangements may be necessary
-Orders to be picked up within business hours (M-F 7am-2pm, Sat 8am-1pm, Sun 9am-1pm), or may delivered with exclusive arrangements and additional delivery fee based upon distance
